Webscan uses skilled data entry specialists to convert virtually any source document into a computer readable format.

Locations

Webscan has three primary production centers located in Douglas, Arizona and in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico. Our primary Mexico production center is located just a few city blocks from our Arizona office and within 1 mile of a United States Post Office. This allows us the flexibility to easily transfer documents, data, and images to our production facilities without prohibitive shipping costs. Our Arizona office is the nerve center for the automated data entry process where documents are scanned, microfilmed, and imprinted. This provides Webscan the greatest control over image and microfilm quality, and allows the production process to start immediately upon receipt of incoming shipments of source material.

Personnel

Our production centers employ approximately 100 full-time highly experienced data conversion specialists, many having more than 10 years of experience in processing data.

The day-to-day management, program development, and computer systems operations are performed by a team of professionals who have many years of U.S. and international experience.

With our proprietary data entry software package, Webscan has the capability to produce over 50,000,000 keystrokes weekly. Our proprietary customizable software allows us to meet virtually any customer requirement.
